DAISY IS CURRENTLY FOSTERED NEAR DES MOINES, IOWA.
Daisy is a young Border Collie mix who was dumped at a groomer in a small town in Oklahoma along with her sibling, Bo. She is now safe in foster care and ready to find the forever family she deserves.
Daisy is a sweet, playful, busy girl who loves belly rubs, chasing bugs, squeaky toys, and curling up with a fuzzy blanket. She has plenty of puppy curiosity and energy, but she also has a loving side and enjoys soaking up attention from her people.
Daisy is currently working on potty training, crate training, and leash skills. She already knows how to sit for a treat and is off to a great start with learning the basics. She can be unsure of scary or unfamiliar noises, so patience and positive reinforcement will help her continue building confidence.
Adoption Information: All puppies have typical energy levels and require a dedicated adopter who is willing to invest time and effort into training. While we strive to start the potty-training process, please keep in mind that puppies this age are not guaranteed to be fully house trained. This is an excellent age to introduce her to children and other animals, as early socialization is key to her development!
Daisy will be adopted under a spay contract, with an adoption fee of $500. $100 of this fee will be reimbursed upon proof of spay. She is up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations, on monthly preventative, dewormed, and microchipped.
If you’re interested in giving Daisy the forever home she deserves, please complete our adoption application linked below. Thank you for considering adoption!
