If there’s space to run, Cider is already there, zooming around with endless energy, his paws barely keeping up with his excitement. Whether he’s splashing around in a mini pool with his siblings or proudly parading around with his favorite squeaky toy, he lives every moment like it’s the best one yet.

Cider is also the wild child of his litter, full of energy, mischief, and charm. He loves toys, nibbles on just about anything he can find, and even has a special talent for untying shoelaces. His playful personality keeps everyone laughing and on their toes. But don’t let his mischievous side fool you, Cider is just as big on love as he is on fun. When the adventures wind down, he’s happiest curled up right next to you, soaking up all the cuddles he can get. HFG Dog Rescue is a 100 percent foster-based rescue located in Berkeley Heights, NJ with a sister location, The Almost Home Wellness Center, in Aiken, SC. All of our dogs are rescued from kill shelters in SC + GA and once ready for adoption live in loving local NJ foster homes until they find forever families of their own. Our fosters begin basic training, housebreaking, and leash-walking skills to help pair you with the perfect pup for life!
