Meet Rolo, an approximately 8-month-old Doberman mix with a big personality, an even bigger heart, and enough energy to keep you on your toes!

Rolo was recently returned to us after being adopted by a different individual. We aren't really sure what happened during his first adoption, but in his second home, it became clear that he was simply more dog than they were prepared to handle. And while that's a tough thing for any dog to experience, we're hoping this time Rolo can find the person who truly understands what he needs.

Rolo is a happy, enthusiastic, energetic young dog who is ready to GO, GO, GO! He has plenty of energy to burn and will need a home that is prepared to give him the exercise, structure, training, and mental stimulation that an adolescent dog like him needs.

The good news? Rolo absolutely loves to work! When training time rolls around, he is highly food motivated, eager to please, and excited to figure out what you're asking of him. We think he has the potential to be an incredibly fun dog for someone who enjoys training and wants a dog they can really build a relationship with.

Rolo isn't looking for a family who expects him to magically settle down on his own. He needs someone willing to teach him, challenge him, and give all that youthful energy a positive outlet. In return, you'll get a goofy, happy boy who is ready to give his person his whole heart.

Rolo has already had to start over more than once in his short life. He deserves for this next home to be his forever home.
