Chucky - Cattle Dog Dog for Adoption in Woolwich, Maine

Chucky is still in search of his forever home. He is a 7 month old, 30 pound Cattle Dog mix who was born here in Maine and raised with cats, dogs, and children. He does well with other dogs and would love to have another playful dog in his new home, he has been going to doggy daycare and loves it. Chucky is a very sweet boy and can be unsure of some men- he seems fine with most men and others make him nervous. He will need a family that is committed to socializing him with new people (men in particular) and taking slow introductions so that he knows he's safe and can trust the people around him. Chucky is here in Maine, in foster, and available for meet and greets with approved adopters.

Approvals are valid for one year and you will not have the waiting period of an application if you see a dog that you like! Approved adopters are placed on our email list for each transport and receive our Google slides that we send to all pre-approved adopters before posting on Petfinder and our social media and are eligible to attend our meet and greet events.
