Meet Tilly, an eight week old Border Collie/German Shepherd mix weighing eight pounds.

Tilly is a calm, affectionate little girl with a gentle soul. While she enjoys playing and exploring like any puppy, she prefers to take things at her own pace—carefully checking out the world one step at a time. She’s the kind of pup who will quietly follow you from room to room, always wanting to be near her people and be part of whatever you’re doing. Whether it’s cuddle time on the couch or hanging out in the yard, Tilly is happiest just being by your side.

Like all puppies, Tilly is still learning the ropes! She will need continued guidance with potty training, basic manners, and understanding what’s appropriate to chew (and what’s not!). With patience, consistency, and lots of positive reinforcement, she’s sure to grow into a well-mannered companion.

Socialization will be especially important for Tilly as she grows. Because she has a more cautious nature, helping her build confidence through positive experiences with new people, places, sounds, and other animals will set her up for success. Slow introductions and encouragement will help her blossom into a more confident and well-rounded dog.

Tilly is in a foster home and not available for meet and greets or to adopt until 4.24.26, however you can place her on hold with a deposit so you are first in line to adopt her once she is ready! To start the process please apply to adopt her online.
