Toby is a GORGEOUS male 6 year old standard australian shepherd. He is estimated to be 6 years old and weights 60-65 lbs. Toby was surrendered by his former owner to rescue and is an excellent dog.

Toby is great with other dogs and has wonderful house manners. He is house trained and does not necessarily need a crate. He LOVES to go out and explore his backyard. He currently has a fenced backyard, but he also has nice recall so a fence is not necessarily required.

He is a very well mannered boy and knows a few commands: come (recall), sit , stay and shake when asked. He is fabulous for grooming and always enjoys being brushed. He loves being near his humans and is always wonderful for petting and attention.

Toby is such a deserving boy that we cannot say enough good things about him, his good looks, and his temperament. He would make an fabulous companion for most any home. He has not been around young children and he has not been tested with cats.

Toby is neutered, up-to-date on all vaccinations, heartworm negative, microchipped and receiving monthly preventatives for fleas, ticks and heartworms. Proof of heartworm prevention for any current or previous pets is required to adopt from our organization.
