Cinnamon (Photos August 2026) - Tortoiseshell and Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Marietta, Ohio

Cinnamon is a beautiful one-year old female Tortoiseshell kitty who was found at The House of Hope on County House Lane near Marietta Ohio on July 29th 2026. Cinnamon is believed to have been left at HSOV a few days earlier with a mother cat (Maple) and her litter of kittens. Cinnamon is most likely an older kitten from Maple's previous litter.

This little beauty has a black/cream/orange shorthaired coat, a long tail, and an adorable face with emerald green eyes, a small orange stripe on her forehead, a black velvet nose, and long black whiskers (and two long white whiskers).

Cinnamon was given vaccinations and Pyrantel dewormer on August 8th. She weighed 7.6 lbs that day.

Cinnamon was keeping a sad secret when she entered our shelter and, sadly, gave birth to five premature/stillborn kittens. She has been given extra TLC, antibiotics, and extra wet food and seems to have recuperated from her loss.

Cinnamon appears to be ok with other cats.

Cinnamon will be spayed in the near future (tentatively on September 14th) and will soon be ready to find a loving home of her very own.
