He has been a perfect gentleman during his exams and treatments, taking all the handling in stride with a calm and gentle spirit. This cat is currently located at PAWS Old City Adoption Center located at 100 North 2nd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106. This location prioritizes appointments made by already approved applicants, but we can also accommodate browsers and walk-ins if and as our capacity allows.
