MORE ADOPTION INFORMATION BELOW:
Chamomile is a handsome 8-year-old gentleman looking for a calm, loving home!
Like his name suggests, he has a soft and sweet presence - the kind you look forward to coming home to every day. He greets you with his whisper-meows and asks for lots of chin scratchies. He will jump in your lap as you lounge on the couch or lay together in bed.
But don't let him fool you, he still gets the zoomies and enjoys a good feather wand session. He especially loves playing with his mouse and crinkle toys. He has been friendly with adult friends but we don't know how he'll do with other animals or young kids.
Chamomile has suspected early-stage kidney disease, so he is on a wet/canned food only diet to help maximize his water intake. He is not on any medication or special diet at this time, but will likely need regular vet checkups to keep an eye on things. Despite this, he is doing very well and has so much love left to give.
If you're looking for a companion for quiet nights, book reading, or TV marathons, Chamomile may be your perfect match!

This pet is currently being treated for ringworm, a mild fungal infection of the skin that usually clears up within 6-8 weeks of starting treatment. Ringworm care can actually be a breeze with the right set-up and if you have the time to dedicate to it, but it can be a bit tedious since it can spread easily to any living creature and requires some caution to prevent that. Unless the home has enough space to keep everyone fully and safely separated, we would love to find a home without any really young kids or other pets, just to limit the risk of exposure. All the follow-up care we provide for your ringworm pet is free of charge at our Grays Ferry clinic while they finish their treatment, and we are with you every step of the way! This pet isn't yet altered, but they can also be promoted for adoption while in your care through out Pre-Adopt program. only eligible for adoption via our Pre-Adopt program.
