ABOUT: DOMESTIC SHORT HAIR CAT BREED
The domestic short hair cat is a popular and diverse breed known for its unique personalities and low maintenance care. Domestic short hairs are friendly, adaptable, and make wonderful companions for individuals and families alike. We are DC's only open-access shelter. We are always available to help any animal in the District of Columbia. We have cats, dogs, rabbits, and more available for adoption out of our two shelters and also run the Capital Area Spay and Neuter Center.
