At just about 9 weeks old, Dexter is deep in his “learning the world, chewing the world, and charming the world” era. He’s working hard on house training, figuring out what’s a toy and what’s… unfortunately your favorite slipper, and mastering the art of the full‑body snuggle.

What he lacks in life experience, he makes up for with pure, unfiltered cuteness. Dexter loves being held, loves being near his humans, and loves falling asleep halfway through whatever he was doing.

If you’re looking for a soft, wiggly shadow who thinks you hung the moon, Dexter is your guy.

Dexter is a young pup and will most likely do great with kids, other dogs and cats!

Dexter is not @ the shelter. He is at the prison program and will need to be transported back to the shelter for M&G's

Our adoption fees vary, Shelter Dogs are $180, Prison Dogs are $250, Puppies are $300, and Popular Pure-Breeds are $400. The price includes: a Home Again Microchip, set of shots, de-worming, heartworm testing (if old enough), spay or neuter, and a 1 year rabies shot (if old enough).
