Meet Chappy, one heck of a handsome little dude who looks like someone took a German Shepherd, shrunk him down to a perfect medium size, and added an extra dose of sweetness!

Chappy comes to us from Kentucky. He was found wandering on the side of a rural road and brought to a rural shelter. We don't know how he ended up there, but we're pretty sure we both hit the jackpot when he landed with us-because this boy is an absolute gem.

Chappy is one of those dogs who makes you smile the second you meet him. He's friendly, affectionate, and just genuinely happy to be around people. He loves making new friends, and he really loves other dogs!

At just under a year old, he's still got plenty of puppy fun in him, but he's already showing what a wonderful companion he's going to be. He's playful, sweet, social, and endlessly charming-and, as you can see from his videos, he's pretty darn adorable, too.

We call him Happy Chappy and there could not be a more fitting nickname!

Chappy's adoption fee is $300. This animal is neutered, up to date on core vaccines, and Heartworm negative.
