Meet Furby!

Furby has already proven she's a little survivor. This adorable black-and-white kitten was discovered tucked away in the middle of a wood pile by Northbrook Animal Control Officer Gina Manski, where she was doing her best to stay safe until help arrived. Thankfully, Furby's story took a happy turn, and now she's ready to find a forever home where she'll never have to hide again.

Furby is a shy little girl who likes to take her time getting to know new people and places. Once she realizes she's safe, her sweet and gentle personality begins to shine. She enjoys quiet moments, cozy blankets, and watching the world from a comfortable perch. With a little patience, plenty of love, and a calm environment, Furby will blossom into a wonderful companion.

If you have a kind heart and are looking for a kitten who just needs someone to believe in her, Furby is ready to repay your patience with a lifetime of quiet love and gentle purrs.

She is up-to-date on her FVRCP vaccines.

Furby has not been spayed yet but it is important to us that all of our animals are fixed and so we ask that you put down a $100 refundable deposit while we schedule a time to spay this sweetie. We will schedule, transport, and ensure she is spayed and then refund you your deposit once completed.

She is currently staying at our Heartland Facility! We are open Thursday 4 pm-7 pm, Friday 4 pm-7 pm, Saturday Noon-6 pm, and Sunday Noon-6 pm. Feel free to stop by to meet her! No appointment necessary.
