Meet Billy — One Adorable Little Survivor!

Billy is one of the three tiny puppies rescued in early July after a Good Samaritan found them huddled together on a dirt path near a campo in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, exposed to the hot sun.

We jumped into action and rushed the babies to the veterinarian for immediate hydration and medical care. Two little boys and one precious girl were given a second chance—and Billy has been making the most of it ever since.

Billy is a happy, playful, affectionate little boy with a sweet personality that makes him impossible not to love. He enjoys being around people, loves puppy playtime, and has that irresistible combination of curiosity and silliness that makes puppies so much fun.

He is also a very handsome little guy, with an adorable face, expressive eyes, and a sweet puppy expression that will melt your heart.

Billy has been lovingly cared for, vaccinated, and prepared for his journey to the United States. He is healthy, socialized, and ready to find a family who will give him the safe and loving home he deserves.
