Meet #Storm.

This beautiful girl found her way to HHPP after no one stepped up to claim her, and now we are hoping someone out there will step up to give her the forever home she deserves.
Storm is slowly starting to come out of her shell. During her little photo session she was definitely a bit timid and unsure at first, but once she realized we were there to love on her, she melted right into us. She stayed close, soaked up the hugs, and let us dress her up like the cutest little unicorn while we promised her that everything was going to be okay and that we would help her find her people.
We couldn’t quite get those ears to come forward for the pictures, but honestly… her soulful eyes say more than enough. She has the most stunning eyes and such a unique look about her. She truly is a beauty.
Storm does have a little bit of a chatty side to her too. She has barked at us when she wants to go outside and likes to let you know when she’s ready for attention.

We estimate Storm to be around 2–3 years old and about 40 pounds. We have not officially dog tested or cat tested her yet, but we do feel she would likely do well with older respectful children because underneath the timidness she is very sweet, affectionate, and lovable.

This shelter can be loud and overwhelming, especially for dogs that are still trying to figure everything out. We would absolutely love to see Storm find herself a calm, loving home where she can continue to blossom into the happy girl we know she can be.
