Meet Cher
Cher is a small, black-and-white mixed-breed girl with a big personality and an even bigger heart. She’s under 3 years old, full of energy, affectionate, playful, and absolutely loves people.
Cher has never really had a home of her own. From the time she was born, she’s simply been a dog wandering and trying to make her way in the world. Eventually, she came to Noah’s Arc, and the rescue became the first place she’s truly known as home.
Cher loves being around people and soaking up attention. She’s good with kids and other dogs, and she has so much love to give. Now, after spending time at the rescue, we’re ready to help her find something she’s never had before — a family and a forever home of her own.
Cher has spent her whole life waiting for someone to choose her. We think it’s time.
Noah’s Arc Animal Rescue is a nonprofit animal rescue serving East Tennessee since 1991. We are committed to rescuing homeless dogs and cats, providing the medical care they need, and helping them find loving, lifelong homes. Our pets are spayed/neutered, microchipped, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations, current on flea/tick prevention, dewormed, and examined by a veterinarian. Dogs are heartworm tested and cats are FIV/FeLV tested when age appropriate.
