Turbo has never met a day he wasn't excited about!

Turbo's story started right here on Noah's Arc Street. A neighbor found him wandering and was concerned he might be a threat, but when someone from Noah's Arc arrived, they quickly discovered otherwise. Turbo was wiggling, wagging, and so excited to meet them that he jumped right into the car. And that's Turbo!

Around 2 years old, Turbo is active, athletic, playful, and always ready for an adventure. He loves swimming, exploring, playing, and spending time with his people. He's smart, affectionate, and eager to learn.

As one of Noah's Arc's longest residents, Turbo has spent far too much time waiting for a family of his own. He'd thrive with an active family who will include him in their adventures.

Turbo has done well around other dogs, and we believe he may be able to live with another dog with a proper introduction and time to acclimate. We want to make sure the match is right rather than make promises before we know for certain.

About Noah's Arc Animal Rescue

Noah's Arc Animal Rescue is a nonprofit animal rescue located in East Tennessee. Since 1991, we have been dedicated to rescuing homeless dogs and cats and helping them find safe, loving, lifelong homes.

Our pets are spayed/neutered, microchipped, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations, current on flea/tick prevention, dewormed, and examined by a veterinarian. Dogs are heartworm tested and cats are FIV/FeLV tested when age appropriate, unless otherwise noted.

Meet-and-greets are scheduled by appointment after an adoption application has been submitted. Our adoption process is designed to help each pet find the right forever home.

The Pit Bull Terrier is a resilient and loyal breed known for its muscular build and loving nature. Originally bred for bull baiting and later dog fighting, Pit Bulls today are beloved family pets cherished for their gentle temperament and playful personality. With proper training and socialization, Pit Bull Terriers make affectionate companions that thrive on human interaction. Recognized for their strength and agility, these dogs require regular exercise and mental stimulation to channel their energy positively, reinforcing their reputation as devoted and trainable pets.

The Rottweiler is a powerful and loyal breed known for its robust build and confident demeanor. Originating from Germany, these dogs are renowned for their intelligence, making them excellent guard and working dogs. Rottweilers are known for their distinctive black and tan markings, along with their calm and confident temperament. With proper training and socialization, they can be affectionate companions and effective protectors, embodying the qualities of courage, strength, and loyalty.
