George - Miniature Poodle Dog for Adoption in Chester Springs, Pennsylvania

George is proof that big personalities come in tiny packages! This 9-week-old Mini Poodle puppy came to Phoenix Animal Rescue after his breeder surrendered him to one of our veterinary partners due to a severely damaged eye that needed to be removed. Despite his rough start, George hasn't let anything slow him down.

If there were a picture next to the word "havoc" in the dictionary, it would be George. This little guy is a whirlwind of puppy energy, curiosity, and mischief. He plays hard, explores everything, and keeps everyone laughing with his nonstop antics. When he's finally worn himself out, he crashes just as hard for a well-earned nap before he's ready to do it all again.

George is looking for a family that is fully prepared for all the fun, chaos, training, and commitment that come with raising a young puppy. Because he is very small and still quite mouthy in typical puppy fashion, we are requiring a home with children ages 10 and older.

He with age-appropriate vaccinations, microchipped. Because he is so tiny, he will leave on a neuter contract and will be neutered once he is 5 lbs (or 6 months old). His future family has to live within an hour of our vet in Media, PA.

When George was about 6-7 weeks old, he had a seizure. The bloodwork and vet work up came up normal so it is suspected it was due to a glycemic low. His diet was changed since and he has been doing great with no issues.
