Smiley - Chihuahua Dog for Adoption in Chester Springs, Pennsylvania

Smiley is a 5-year-old Chihuahua with a snowy white coat, a big personality, and just under 9 pounds of spice. She arrived in our care with her friend Shmino after a whirlwind series of changes. The pair were given to a new owner who, within 24 hours, brought them to ACCT Philly because they could no longer care for them. We quickly transferred both dogs, but sadly, no one left any notes about their past.

Right now, Smiley is feeling pretty unsure about the world around her. After so many sudden transitions, she's looking for a calm, safe place where she can decompress, rebuild her confidence, and remember what it feels like to belong. While she may not be ready to hand out kisses to everyone he meets, she's a little dog with opinions, personality, and plenty of Chihuahua charm packed into a tiny package.

Smiley is hoping to find a patient family that understands that trust takes time and that some of the best relationships are worth waiting for. We know there are wonderful people out there who absolutely adore those tiny Chihuahuas with larger-than-life personalities, and we're confident Smiley's perfect match is out there.

She will come spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and 4dx tested. She is also scheduled to get a dental evaluation and will receive the dental as the vet deems necessary.
