Margarita is the sweetest little girl! She is 16.2 lbs and estimated to be about 4 months old as of May 12th! We know for a fact that her mom is a husky mix (we have a photo of them together!). Her father, named Nubz, is a shepherd mix who is the sweetest guy (we are working on rescuing him too)! We expect Rita to be between 40-50 lbs.
She is great with other dogs! So sweet, playful and friendly. Energy wise, despite having a Husky parent, she is somewhere in the middle. Not crazy but definitely has that sweet puppy energy.
She loves to play in the foster's property with toys and likes to run around with other dogs as well.
We think she would be absolutely fine with children given her sweet personality!
**PLEASE NOTE: Rita is currently in Puerto Rico and our plan is to fly her to Annapolis by the end of May 2025! Please note that we can easily ship in cabin with a person to many airports along the East Coast including JFK, EWR, PHL, BWI, DCA and many more! We are open to foste-to-adopt for her as well!
