OUT-OF-TOWN Dogs with NDR refer to dogs we have saved that have yet to make their journey to Ontario. These dogs are currently in our care with the help of our partners in the area. These dogs will all travel to the Niagara Region once an appropriate adopter or local foster is found.

Mister Felipe's story is one of resilience, hope, and the incredible difference that kindness can make.

As a tiny puppy, Mister Felipe was found wandering the streets of a neighborhood in Puebla, Mexico. Alone and struggling to survive, he searched through garbage on street corners for his next meal. Life had been incredibly hard for such a young dog. He was severely malnourished, suffering from painful skin problems, and burdened with parasites.

Thankfully, he was rescued before it was too late. With nutritious food, veterinary care, and plenty of love, he slowly began to heal. Today, Mister Felipe is a completely different dog. He has made a full recovery and is healthy, happy, and ready for the next chapter of his life.

Mister Felipe is a gentle, affectionate, and loving boy who enjoys being close to people. His sweet nature shines through in everything he does, and despite his difficult start, he greets the world with trust and a wagging tail. He has so much love to give and dreams of finding a family who will cherish him forever.

After everything he's been through, he deserves a home where he'll never have to worry about his next meal or face life alone again. In return, he'll fill your days with unconditional love, loyal companionship, and endless gratitude.
