If youre looking for a dog whos always ready for the next adventure, Avery is your guy! Avery is a high energy, fun-loving boy with a big personality and an even bigger heart. Whether its hiking a new trail, playing fetch, exploring the neighborhood, or tossing around his favorite toys, Avery is happiest when he has something to do and someone to do it with.
As a herding breed, Avery thrives when his mind and body are kept busy. He loves activities that give him a job, challenge him to think, or let him show off his athletic side. Puzzle toys, training sessions, hiking, or an active lifestyle would all be right up his alley. Avery recently graduated from the Hamilton Hounds Training Program in Florida, where he polished his manners, mastered basic obedience, learned appropriate ways to channel his herding instincts, and even picked up a few fun tricks along the way.
Hes eager to keep learning and loves working with his people. After a day of fun and adventure, Avery is just as happy to settle down and spend quality time with his favorite humans.
