Little Miss Lottie is a lovely Dachshund who is both snuggly and spunky, depending on her mood. She absolutely loves to go on walks and explore outdoors but she is also a “velcro” lap-sitter. Lottie follows her foster mom around the house all day, staring at her with those soft brown eyes that are filled with adoration. Lottie came to us from a rough background where she didn’t get much attention. Sadly she was made to stay outside a lot. She is thriving as a house dog now and she has grown accustomed to relaxing on soft beds and furniture. Lottie would be fine in a household with other dogs but she’s also perfectly happy to be your one and only furkid. (We aren’t sure how she is with cats because her foster home doesn’t have any.) Please note that Lottie is not a mini Doxie — she is a sturdy girl who weighs just under 20 pounds at three years of age. She’s in the prime of her life and she’s ready to join the lucky family who gets to call her their own.
