Meet Sweet Pea!

Sweet Pea may only weigh about 2 pounds, but she has enough personality to fill an entire house.

This tiny scruffy puppy came to us from a local shelter after narrowly avoiding being hit by a car. She also has a small hernia that will be repaired at the time of her spay.

We believe Sweet Pea is a Chihuahua/Terrier mix and expect her to be approximately 7 pounds fully grown.

She is playful, curious, affectionate, and incredibly people-oriented. One minute shes racing around exploring and the next shes curled up in your lap demanding cuddles.

Although tiny, Sweet Pea is not a purse puppy. She is active, busy, and looking for a family that will provide structure, exercise, training, and enrichment.

At only 8 weeks old, she has absolutely no formal training yet. Her future family should expect all the normal puppy responsibilities, including potty training, crate training, obedience training, and socialization.

Her ideal home would include:
A home with a securely fenced yard
Experience with toy or small breeds
A family with time to dedicate to training
Another friendly dog for companionship
An active household that will keep her engaged

Because of her size and activity level, we do not feel an apartment would be the best fit. Sweet Pea is looking for a lifelong commitment and a family that will help her grow into the wonderful little companion shes meant to be.
