Atlas was found in unimaginable pain in Amman, Jordan. He had two fractures, bullets lodged in his chest and lungs, painful ulcers across his body, and a deep wound around his neck from being tied with a rope. Despite everything he had endured, Atlas remained gentle and allowed the rescue team to bring him to safety.

After extensive veterinary care, Atlas made an incredible recovery. One of his legs had to be amputated, but he has adapted beautifully to life on three legs. He is completely healed, with no side effects from the trauma he endured. Today, he is happy, active, and ready to leave his painful past behind and find a loving forever home. He is forgiving and sweet. Good with dogs and people. Neutered and fully vaccinated.
