Meet Jett Sterling, a breathtaking young gentleman born in late March 2026 who is ready to find his forever family. With a coat as pure and luminous as freshly fallen snow, Jett is a stunning, all-white Boxer puppy who is as brilliant as he is beautiful. He is one of the last two remaining from his litter, and he is eager to show off his sharp intellect; at just under four months old, he currently weighs a healthy 20 pounds, has already mastered his basic commands, and is both crate-trained and fully house-trained. While some might mistake his pristine white appearance for a hearing impairment, we are happy to assure you that Jett is perfectly healthy-he hears every rustle, whisper, and treat-bag crinkle in the house.
Jett comes fully prepared for his new life, as he is up-to-date on all his vaccinations and will be microchipped prior to adoption. To ensure his long-term health and well-being, he will also be neutered at the appropriate age for his size. Jett's journey to us is rooted in a deeply selfless act of love. His owner is currently bravely fighting a cancer diagnosis and, wanting to ensure that her sweet boy receives all the activity, training, and attention a young Boxer deserves, she made the heart-wrenching decision to reach out to our rescue. We are deeply honored to uphold her wish and are committed to finding Jett a home that will cherish him as much as she does. All known details about our animals are posted on their profile and updated daily. Other info will be discussed in detail with the foster during the application review process. Due to the high volume of introductions/questions received we ask you to submit an application (that application can be used for any dog with Take Paws Rescue).
The adoption fee for adult dogs covers age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, spay/neuter if not yet performed, heartworm test & appropriate heartworm treatment by the rescue's vet. All dogs in our care are also kept up-to-date on HW/Flea Prevention.

Breed labels are given based on information obtained during intake and/or best guesses based on appearance and/or temperament of the dogs and Take Paws Rescue gives no assurance to the accuracy of these labels. Additionally, exact age and potential size cannot be guaranteed.
***Take Paws Rescue, based in New Orleans, saves dogs from high-kill shelters across the South, owner surrenders, and discarded dogs with uncertain futures. All of our animals live in foster homes where they are socialized and well cared for. An application will be required to make sure it's the perfect match!
