Meet Bramble!

If you're looking for a pint-sized best friend with a heart of gold, Bramble is your girl! This adorable 2-year-old Rat Terrier weighs just 15 pounds, making her the perfect size for cuddles, adventures, and everything in between.

Bramble is as sweet as they come and has a gentle, friendly personality. She gets along well with other dogs and would be happy to have a canine companion, though she'd also love soaking up all the attention as your one-and-only. She hasn't been officially tested with cats yet, but based on her personality, we expect she'll be more curious than concerned and likely aloof around feline friends.

This smart little lady is already crate trained and potty trained, so she's ready to settle right into her new home with ease.

All known details about our animals are posted on their profile and updated daily. Other info will be discussed in detail with the foster during the application review process. Due to the high volume of introductions/questions received we ask you to submit an application (that application can be used for any dog with Take Paws Rescue).

The adoption fee for adult dogs covers age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, spay/neuter if not yet performed, heartworm test & appropriate heartworm treatment by the rescue's vet. All dogs in our care are also kept up-to-date on HW/Flea Prevention.

***Take Paws Rescue, based in New Orleans, saves dogs from high-kill shelters across the South, owner surrenders, and discarded dogs with uncertain futures. All of our animals live in foster homes where they are socialized and well cared for. An application will be required to make sure it's the perfect match!
