DESCRIPTION

Meet Frank Sinatra, lovingly known as Frankie

Like his namesake, Frankie has charisma for days and believes life should be lived with joy, good company, and a little swing in your step.

Frankie is an 8-month-old scruffy Schnauzer mix with the most adorable ears you've ever seen and a personality that is pure sunshine. He found himself needing a fresh start when he was entrusted to a kind neighbor who promised to help him find the forever home he deserves.

This handsome young crooner is neutered and his foster family is helping him learn the finer points of house training and crate training. His review from foster home? "Crazy happy all the time. His demeanor never changes."

Frankie's mission in life is simple: play whenever the opportunity presents itself. Toys? Yes. Zoomies? Absolutely. Wrestling with a canine buddy? His favorite thing in the world. He would absolutely love a home with another playful dog to show him the ropes and help him burn off his puppy energy.

But don't let all that fun fool you. Frankie is also an incredibly sweet and cuddly little guy who loves affection and is happiest when he's close to his people. His heart is as big as his ears, and he's ready to devote himself to a family who will cherish his joyful spirit.

If you're looking for a puppy who wakes up every morning convinced it's the best day ever, Frankie is ready to sing his way right into your heart.

And the best... is yet to come.

*An inquiry, questions or introduction through Petfinder is NOT an application*
All known details about our animals are posted on their profile and updated daily. Other info will be discussed in detail with the foster during the application review process. For more on this, or for additional information, including the adoption process and our adoption fee scale for all our adoptable pets (including an explanation about Benefactor Dogs), please see our FAQs page:

Any breed labels used by Take Paws Rescue, its employees/volunteers, or on vet records provided cannot be guaranteed. Breed labels are given based on information obtained during intake and/or best guesses based on appearance and/or temperament of the dogs and Take Paws Rescue gives no assurance to the accuracy of these labels. Labels are necessary for postings to many animal networking sites, such as our website, Chewy, Pet Finder, and others. These are in no way a guarantee. Additionally, exact age and potential size cannot be guaranteed.

***Take Paws Rescue, based in New Orleans, saves dogs from high-kill shelters across the South, owner surrenders, and discarded dogs with uncertain futures. ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
