Goosey - Border Collie Dog for Adoption in Woolwich, Maine

Can you believe that this beautiful, happy pup found herself on the euth list at a southern shelter? We cannot and when our rescue partners asked us to take her, we said "of course!" At only 10 months old, she's a loving, happy go lucky girl, who is energetic but not overwhelmingly so. She loves to play with other dogs, and would likely love another young dog in the home to pal around with. She's about 35-40 lbs so is a nice medium sized gal. As a puppy, she will need a family that will give her daily exercise and playtime and will give her the basic puppy training that she hasn't had in the shelter. We believe Goosey is a Border Collie mix. She loves to spend time outside and smell all the smells- maybe you like to hike and want a dog to accompany you on your treks? Goosey could be your gal! Goosey is currently in AL but we hope to bring her to Maine in early November.
