Waffle (Maple's Kitten) (Photos September 4th 2026) - Torbie Cat for Adoption in Marietta, Ohio

Waffle is a beautiful 4-month old female Torbie kitten arrived at HSOV on July 26th 2026 along with her three siblings (Bacon, Bagel, and Pancake) and her mother (Maple). Unfortunately the individual(s) who entrusted them to our care did not provide any information about them.

Waffle has a unique brown-and-orange/bronze marbled shorthaired coat, a long ringed tail, and an adorable kitten face with golden eyes, a dusting of white on her muzzle/chin, a brown velvet nose, and long white whiskers.

This little sweetheart has a lovable, playful personality. Waffle is good with other cats and also with children.

Waffle was given vaccinations and Pyrtantel dewormer on July 26th. She was given booster vaccines August 15th 2026.

Maple was separated recently from her kittens since they were fully weaned. So mother Maple is enjoying some quiet, peaceful relaxation while resting on her laurels after being the most perfect momma to her youngsters.

Waffle and her sisters (Bacon and Pancake) are currently enjoying their own 'apartment' (a double-wide cage in The Jungle Room). Their brother (Bagel) has an approved adoption pending and is enjoying a temporary home with his new family while he awaits his neuter procedure.

These photos of Waffle were taken late in the afternoon on September 4th 2026 while she explored new territory in our 'studio' and strolled through the 'pumpkin patch' and fall folliage. This young lady is a gentle soul with an aura of innocence, and she enjoyed the simple pleasures of playing with autumn leaves as her new play toys. Waffle weighed 3.3 lbs that day.

Waffle will be spayed in the near future (tentatively on September 14th) and will soon be interviewing candidates to be her new family. Naturally we'd love to see her adopted with one (or both) of her sisters.
