**NOTE: All AVA kittens under 12 months of age MUST be adopted in pairs or to a home with another young cat. AVA does not accept applications for single kittens**
***Ricky MUST have other cats to play and cuddle with, either any of his many siblings, or he is fine to make the acquaintance of your playful cat.
Ruca and Zaria are likely mother and daughter, as the two share a noticeable bond. So much so they gave birth on the same night, to 12 wriggly kittens they both nursed together. Myles, Lexis, Shiloh, Ethan, Ricky, Hendry and Bron are the boys. Jacy, Lola, Bayley, Lyra and Ivy are the girls.
Ricky the soft-grey tabby heartbreaker is a friendly and affectionate boy who is always there to greet you at the door. If you let him, he will happily climb up your leg and settle onto your shoulder. Perhaps he was a parrot in a past life!
After racing around with his identical siblings, Lexis and Bayley, Ricky loves nothing more than settling into your arms to relax and safely supervise the chaos that comes with having 11 littermates.
This happy, snuggly little nugget is waiting for his very own family to cuddle up to, and maybe a sibling or two to make sure life is never boring. Ricky is ready to declare decisively, take me home soon!!
Would you like to make Ricky, and maybe his sibs too, a part of your family? Please complete our online application found at: https://www.avacats.org/adoption-application-form.
Our adoption fees cover vetting and include spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccines (initial FVRCP and rabies), flea treatment, two dewormings and microchipping.
Adoption fees are $275 for each kitten up to 12 months old. Please note that fees may apply for additional required vaccinations (at $75 per booster) due prior to adoption. Total adoption fees will be confirmed by the AVA Adoption Coordinator.
All AVA kittens 12 months or younger must be adopted in pairs or go to a home with another young cat (3 years or younger). Kittens learn from each other how to behave, which helps them turn into well-adjusted adult cats. In general, paired cats have happier and healthier lives because they have a constant companion and playmate. Plus, it's twice the fun for you, and half the work!
