Felicity - Tabby and Domestic Medium Hair Cat for Adoption in Vaughan, Ontario

Felicity originally came from a rural property in southwestern Ontario. She was adopted about 2 years ago and sadly is coming back to AVA due to allergies that have developed in the home. This sweet girl is now three years old, but still has the cutest heart-shaped boop nose that just begs to be kissed.

Felicity needs at least a kitty companion in her home, or a cat-friendly dog - a furry friend is a must! She has been around both young and older children and is good with guests.

The foster nicknamed her Cashmere Kitty because she is so soft. Felicity presents as shy and timid in new spaces, but takes no time to get comfortable. When she does, she is a calm and serene companion who enjoys close contact with her people, even if she needs to circle and move around a bit before settling down to be petted and cuddled. Her continuous, soothing purr is a beautiful and relaxing sound, coupled with her soft, remarkably strokable fur, make Felicity the perfect cat to have as a cozy companion. She strikes a great balance—mostly relaxed with the occasional burst of classic zoomies to keep things interesting. She is a big fan of feather wands, toy mice and anything she can chase.

She loves being brushed, but carriers - less so; you may hear about it!

Felicity should be watched around doors as she is curious.

She is also impeccably neat in the litter box and eats both wet and dry food, and of course enjoys her creamy and crunchy treats alike!

Our adoption fees cover vetting and include spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccines (initial FVRCP and rabies), flea treatment, two dewormings and microchipping.

Standard adoption fees are $250 for each cat over 12 months old. Please note that fees may apply for additional required vaccinations due prior to adoption. Total adoption fees will be confirmed by the AVA Adoption Coordinator.
