Rubber Goose is an adorable male Manx kitten who was brought to the HSOV on July 30th 2026 by a Good Samaritan who found Birthday Cake and his three siblings (Birthday Cake, Large Fry, and Obtuse) and an adult cat (Chocolate Shake) who is most likely the kittens' mother. This little family was left overnight at that Good Samaritan's home in Macksburg Ohio sometime between 5pm and 9pm.

Rubber Goose has a dark brown tabby-and-white shorthaired coat, no tail, and a beautiful symmetrically-marked tabby/white face with golden eyes, a pink nose, and long white whiskers.

These photos of Rubber Goose were taken on October 11th 2026 when HSOV Feline Kennel Techs Lauryn Hamilton, Haley McClain, and one of newest kitty kennel techs assisted Rubber Goose with his 'glamour' pictures. Rubber Goose was a joy to photograph and a pleasure to watch while he gave us more non-traditional poses than his brothers, and he was a natural when it came to flirting with the camera lens.

Rubber Goose is interested in auditioning for a modeling contract with 'Kitten Fancy Magazine', but if a special someone were to offer him the home of his dreams Rubber Goose would surely forget the modeling career in exchange for a fabulous home.

Rubber Goose was neutered on October 12th 2026 and was also given rabies vaccine. He weighed 4.52 lbs that day.
