Meet Lulu!

Lulu came into our care as a stray when she needed medical care. Her wounds are healed up and she is ready to move onto the next chapter with a patient and loving adopter. There is some information that she may have been displaced from a neighbor's home a couple of years ago, but recently she has been outside for a while. She's ready to go back to the way things were before and is looking for an indoor only home where she can settle in at her own pace.

While we haven't been able to get a full read on her personality because she has been stressed with all of the transitions she has gone through lately, underneath the tentative glances seems to be a cat who wants to engage with you but just needs a little extra convincing that it's safe. Lulu is looking for a quiet home with an adopter who understands that whether it takes her 3 days, 3 weeks, or 3 months to settle into a new home and a new routine, she is worthy of that time and love regardless.

If you're looking to give a chance and a home to a cat in need, Lulu would love to meet you. While she may not reciprocate an immediate love connection at first meeting at the shelter, with time and patience we think she'll grow to be your absolute best friend. Once she feels comfortable in a new home, we think she will blossom!

Cats: Lulu has no known experience living with other cats.
Dogs: Lulu may have previously lived with a dog, but we have no information about what that relationship was like.
Children: Lulu has no known experience living with children but is currently looking for a home with adults only.
