If you're looking for action and adventure? This is your guy! This sweet boy is playful, energetic, and just wants to be as close to his person as he possibly can. He is like Jim Carey- goofy and full of non-stop energy! He will truly be your number one fan.

Dooney is up-to-date on core vaccinations. He is litter box trained, and all Beagles and Bentleys cats are required to be indoor only. His adoption fee is $150 and covers the cost of his care while in foster and his future neuter/microchip. To apply to adopt Dooney, please apply at beaglesandbentleys.org/adopt.

Spay/Neuter Disclosure:
Spay/Neuter will be scheduled when age-appropriate and is covered in the adoption fee. We require adopters to be within a reasonable distance of Richmond or Virginia Beach in order to complete spay/neuter with our approved clinics.

Beagles and Bentleys has an across-the-board evaluative process that we apply to every application we review that prioritizes our animals in need. We conduct a vet reference check (all resident dogs must be altered/up to date on dhpp/rabies and monthly preventatives, and cats must be altered and up to date on rabies) and a virtual home visit call where we discuss the adoption process and see your home.
