Chicago is a handsome, young black and white cat who is ready to blow you away with his big personality. He is mostly sleek black, but he sports a perfectly placed little white napkin on his chest, making him look like he is permanently dressed up and ready to dine at a deep-dish pizza joint.

This high-energy boy is a total breeze of fresh air. He is incredibly playful, curious, and loves to zoom and jump around the house at top speed. Chicago is always looking for his next big adventure, which usually involves chasing toys, scaling the highest bookshelves to look down at his kingdom, or playing a lively game of chase and tackle. Because he loves to play hard, he would absolutely thrive in a home with another active cat who can keep up with his pace. He is a social guy who has successfully lived with male and female cats, dogs, and even reptiles, though he would prefer a home without young kids so he can focus on his active play style.

When he is not busy being a tourist in his own home, Chicago is incredibly affectionate, food-motivated, and easy to pick up. He will meow to greet you the second you walk through the door, and he loves to show off his belly for pets. He is also a world-class cuddler who will melt your heart by making biscuits right on your shoulders while you hold him. When he finally winds down for a pit stop, you can find him curled up in a cozy cat bed or enjoying a cardboard scratcher.

This location prioritizes appointments made by already approved applicants, but we can also accommodate browsers and walk-ins if and as our capacity allows.
