Kimba - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Grand Rapids, Michigan

Meet Kimba, a handsome rather reserved guy who came to us from a neighboring county. He lived in a neighborhood where aggressive dogs were allowed to run loose and terrorize cats. Kimba along with another kitty were trapped to spare them from the constant harassment.

Kimba had a caretaker who cared for him and other cats living outside. Kimba was friendly and would come for pets. Being trapped, fixed, and moved has been a bit traumatic for Kimba along with suffering a severe ear infection that has since been treated. He is slowly adjusting to his life indoors finding comfort in a cubby. He is receptive to pets and we know with time and patience Kimba will once again be the friendly, outgoing kitty he once was. After all he has experienced who can blame him from taking his time to adjust?

Kimba would do better in a quieter, routine home preferably with a patient single adopter or a couple providing him love and encouragement. Kimba cohabitates well with the other kitties so could be part of a multi-cat household. He also loves Churu which could be a great way to bond with him.

Kimba has been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. He has an approximate birthdate of 09/14/2024. Kimba's adoption fee is $95.
