Meet Chansey

Meet Chansey, a sweet and handsome little survivor named after the beloved Pokémon!

Chansey and his sister Eevee survived panleukopenia after a difficult start to life. They fought hard together, and now this brave boy is ready to leave his past behind and find a loving forever home.

Chansey is a beautiful kitten with gorgeous markings, a playful personality, and plenty to say when he has something on his mind. He loves toys, fun, and being part of whatever is happening around him. He is great with calm, respectful dogs and older cats who are willing to share their home with a playful kitten.

After everything he has overcome, Chansey is ready for the good life: a safe home, lots of toys, plenty of attention, and a family to love him forever.

Chansey must have an indoor-only home with another feline companion, and his forever family must agree to never declaw him.

This little Pokémon survivor has already used up one of his biggest battles. Now he’s ready to level up into his forever home!

OUR CATS ARE FOSTERED IN TEXAS BUT AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION AND TRANSPORT OUT OF STATE. Read below for more information.

All our cats are fostered in Texas but available for transport out of state. Our cats are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. As Mutts N Such direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc).

Our out of state adoption fee is $250 plus transport fee (varies by location). This fee includes age appropriate, vaccinations, registered microchip, testing for FIV and FELV, and a fecal analysis. Cats will be spayed/neutered if over 6 months of age. Cats will also be current on prevention. A health exam will be completed, and a certificate will be issued by a veterinarian within 10 days of departure.

Note: MNS reserves the right to deny any application that is deemed unsuitable for the animal. Please be aware that our animal adoptions are NOT on a first come- first serve basis. Our sole purpose is to find the best possible home for the animals that fall under our care.
