Cat by Cat Inc. adopts kittens 4 months (16 weeks) and younger only in pairs or to homes with a cat-friendly resident cat. Some older kittens or cats may also require a feline companion. Young kittens learn critical social skills like boundaries, confidence, play behavior, and bite inhibition from other cats. A feline friend helps them grow into healthy, well-adjusted adults. MEET COPPER — CURIOUS, CLEVER & COMPLETELY CAPTIVATED BY BIRD TV!

Copper is an approximately 3-month-old medium-haired tabby with one seriously cool spotted coat and a personality that proves you don’t have to be the loudest kitten in the room to be entertaining.

Copper likes to assess the situation first.

She’s a curious little girl who always wants to know what everyone is doing, but she prefers to get comfortable at her own pace. Give her some time and the reassurance of a feline friend—especially her sister Cobalt—and you’ll start seeing more and more of her sweet, playful personality.

Copper and Cobalt are two of the calmer kittens in their sibling crew, although “calm” is a relative term when discussing kittens. Copper still has plenty of pouncing, playing, and pint-sized pursuits on her daily agenda.

She loves climbing, chasing toys, batting around her ball-track toy, and playing with her siblings. When all that kitten business finally catches up with her, she’s perfectly happy settling down for a nap—especially if Cobalt is available for snuggling.

And then there’s Bird TV.

Copper and her siblings are apparently avid wildlife enthusiasts. Put on a bird video and Copper is ready to settle in for some serious screen time. We can neither confirm nor deny whether she believes the birds actually live inside the television.

Copper is affectionate, gentle, smart, and people-friendly once she’s had the chance to get comfortable. She would do best with a family who will give her a little time to settle in and let her confidence blossom naturally.

Copper needs a home with another friendly young cat or kitten—and she would especially love to be adopted with her sister Cobalt, but her brother Platinum or sister Gold would also make a good match. Having her sister beside her gives Copper extra comfort and confidence, plus a built-in playmate, snuggle buddy, and Bird TV viewing partner.

Copper has received age-appropriate vaccines and has been treated with topical flea control and dewormer.

FOSTER TO ADOPT: Copper is still too young to be spayed, but she can go home with her adopter while she waits for her spay appointment. Once she’s spayed, her adoption will be finalized.

If you’re looking for a curious little cutie with spectacular spots, a sweet disposition, and a suspiciously serious interest in televised birds, Copper might be your girl.
