ATTENTION – PLEASE READ
Cat by Cat Inc. adopts kittens 4 months (16 weeks) and younger only in pairs or to homes with a cat-friendly resident cat. Some older kittens or cats may also require a feline companion. Young kittens learn critical social skills—like boundaries, confidence, play behavior, and bite inhibition—from other cats. A feline friend helps them grow into healthy, well-adjusted adults. Thank you for helping us give every kitten the best start possible.
MEET MIRIAM — MINI, MIGHTY & MASTERING THE ART OF BEING ADORABLE!
Miriam may be the runt of her litter, but apparently nobody told Miriam.
This pint-sized powerhouse has absolutely no trouble keeping up with her three siblings. She pounces, plays and participates in all the important kitten business, proving that being the smallest member of the team just makes her more aerodynamic.
Miriam is playful, brave and curious, with a wonderfully sweet side that appears once her tiny battery finally runs out. After a busy session of sibling shenanigans and toy tackling, she's more than happy to settle in for cuddles — and if you'd like to throw in a belly rub, Miriam accepts those too.
And while she loves romping around with her siblings, Miriam has a surprisingly independent streak when it comes to naptime. While the others may pile together, you'll often find her snoozing peacefully on her own. Apparently, after spending all day keeping up with three siblings, a girl needs some personal space.
When she's not wrestling, window watching or catching some well-earned ZZZs, Miriam enjoys cuddling with her people and investigating whatever toys happen to cross her path.
Miriam would do well in a moderately active home and will need another friendly cat or kitten to play with. She has been around a dog and handles face-to-face encounters like the brave little bean she is, and she would also do well with children.
Small package. Serious spunk. Spectacular snuggles. Miriam's foster says you'll fall in love with her — and frankly, Miriam seems pretty confident about that too.
If you're looking for a mighty mini with plenty of personality, playful pep and premium cuddle potential, Miriam may be your girl.
Miriam is around 9 weeks old and she’s had her first vaccines, been treated with topical flea control and dewormed.
Miriam is a Foster to Adopt kitten. This simply means she isn't old enough to be spayed yet, but she can still head home with her adopter while Cat by Cat Inc. completes the remainder of her vetting. Once she's spayed, her adoption will be finalized.
Miriam needs a home that has another friendly cat/kitten or better yet, adopt her with one of her siblings Jeffrey, Darrell or Ellie. Young kittens need a lot of attention and learning from other kitties, it is necessary for their emotional and behavioral development.
