Found alone on the ground in Philadelphia, he was brought to ACCT Philly. Sadly, despite the band on the leg, owner was unable to be found so he is now on the hunt for a new family.

He is a lovely little songbird that will make a great lower maintenance pet for the right family, especially one that is happy to listen to him and does not want to handle him (scared of hands coming close to him).
