Meet Nylo

Nylo is a 4‑year‑old male Cockapoo weighing about 15 lbs who is navigating a big season of change. He was surrendered to ACCT Philly when his owner faced ongoing issues with their landlord, and now Nylo is looking for a soft landing with a loving family who can help him feel safe and secure again.

According to his owner, Nylo is an active, playful guy with a love for plush toys and lots of energy to burn. He is house‑trained, currently working on crate training, and enjoys staying busy. He can be nervous in new situations and around children, so he’ll do best in a home that understands his need for patience and gentle guidance.

With our volunteers, Nylo needed some time to get comfortable, but once we moved at his pace, he showed just how much he can relax and trust. He especially enjoys being outside in the play yard, where he can decompress, explore, and show off a happier, more confident side of himself.

Nylo is looking for a calm, loving home that will give him the consistency, reassurance, and time he needs to settle in after all these changes. In return, he’ll bring playfulness, loyalty, and plenty of personality along for the ride.

He will come neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and 4dx tested. Nylo came pretty matted to ACCT Philly, so his legs were shaved. Our amazing groomers are working on the rest of his coat.

He would need to meet any resident dogs.
