Must adopt with bond mate, Blossem
Hello there! My name is Spritz, and I'm an inquisitive blue-eyed white bunny born on November 26th, 2022. Together with my lively sibling Blossem, we're an adorable pair looking for a forever home. Our foster mom named us after Christmas cookies because, well, we're just that cute!
I’m a naturally curious bun. You'll often find me eagerly awaiting your arrival at the edge of the pen, excited for the prospect of hay, treats, pets, and some good old-fashioned bunny binkies. I’m personable and not shy to show my affection by jumping on your back when you’re in our pen or free roam area. I’m active, so sitting still for too long isn't really my style. I love having a box or hidey house in my space. While I do lay down inside, my favorite is to hop on top of and check out my surroundings.
My foster family finds me to be a bit of a lovable goofball – always doing silly things and looking for attention. I’m often playing and interacting boisterously with my brother! I have calm, affectionate moments too where all I want to do is sit and groom Blossem to make us look our absolute best! We’re very chill – even noises like the vacuum don’t bother us in the slightest
I love pets and attention but I’m also content to rely on Blossem, too. And while we’d rather have all four feet on the ground, like most buns, we don’t mind being picked up and held from time to time.
When my family isn't around for pets, you can catch me playing, nibbling on chew toys, or chilling next to my brother. I'm a well-behaved bunny, sticking to my chew toys and steering clear of mischief.
Oh, and did I mention my love for treats? Bananas are the best – my foster family gives me a small slice every night! But truth be told, I’m not a fussy eater. Oxbow pellets, hay, mixed greens, hay treats, toys, and apple sticks—I love it all! My foster mama’s favorite is when I play in our water bowl with little stacking cups, it’s just so silly!
Blossem & I are extra special buns and that comes with extra-special traits! Our litter has some history of seizures – both Blossem and I get them every so often. They don’t seem to harm us, though I do get a little disoriented as I try to shake off the effects. My foster mama gives us meds to help though, and we don’t mind taking them once we get the hang of the routine (and the small hay treat after!).
Our foster family has older, respectful kids who understand bunny boundaries and I do well with them! I haven’t been around any dogs, but I do well with cats. Sometimes if Blossem and I smell other buns around, we tend to mark our space or get a little cranky with each other, because we want to keep our territory ours!
I’m dreaming of a space to call my own with Blossem, without any additional bunny roommates, and with a family who will shower us with all the love. If you're on the hunt for friendly, playful bunnies look no further - I’m eagerly awaiting the day I get to meet you and become an integral part of your loving home!

RRMN bunnies are all vetted, spayed/neutered, and microchipped. All bunnies are fostered in private homes where they are socialized and ready to become indoor companion house pets. RRMN is a non-profit rescue group operated 100% by volunteers, and 100% of donations/adoption fees go to the direct care of our animals. Due to their very special behavioral needs, we do not advocate for our rescue rabbits to serve as Emotional Support Animals (ESAs). We are unable to provide any documentation or certification for an ESA.
If you have any questions or are interested in meeting or adopting this bunny, the first step is to complete an adoption application found on our website: http://www.rabbitrescueofmn.com. For the safety of our rescue bunnies, our protocol requires a home-visit before placement. Therefore, we are unable to facilitate adoptions that exceed an hour and a half of travel time from the Twin Cities area.
