Tobe is a stunning 1-year-old purebred Treeing Walker Coonhound with a gentle soul and a heart of gold. This sweet boy is wonderful with kids, dogs, and even cats — he truly seems to understand how to be kind and respectful with every person and animal he meets.

Tobe loves being outdoors where he can run, explore, and enjoy snacks in the sunshine. He doesn’t mind the water and is happiest spending time with his people outside. He has a calm, thoughtful personality and carries himself with a quiet sensitivity that makes him extra special.

Car rides can make Tobe anxious, so he’d do best with a family willing to help him feel safe and comfortable during travel. He has never been crated and has been used to having freedom in the home environment.

All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, or scheduled to be if they arrived in our care too young. Each dog has been seen by our veterinarian and treated for likely the following (all various): Age appropriate vaccines, overall health exam and other alignments as they come up. All dogs are dewormed, given core vaccines (Bordetella, DHPP (3 of them if a puppy) and Rabies as well as all are microchipped and on a monthly preventative for flea/tick/heartworm prevention.

All of our animals are placed into foster homes so they thrive and the transition is easier.
