Montgomery has already been through more than any one-year-old dog ever should. After being abandoned and then hit by a car, this sweet Great Pyrenees boy somehow still believes the world is full of love — and he’s ready to share all of his with his future family.
Monty is a 72-pound fluffy sweetheart with the gentlest soul. While his leg heals in a splint over the next few weeks, he’s taking life easy and soaking up all the comfort he can get. You’ll usually find him lounging on a dog bed, relaxing on the porch enjoying the fresh air, or leaning into his people for what can only be described as the world’s best hug. Seriously — this boy hugs with his whole heart.
He is fully house trained, great with other dogs, heartworm negative, neutered, and fully vetted. Though he’s currently on the mend, you can already see his playful and happy personality shining through more each day. Once healed, we know his fun-loving side will blossom even more.
Montgomery is the kind of dog who makes a house feel like home. Sweet, resilient, affectionate, and unbelievably lovable — this beautiful boy is ready for the happy ending he truly deserves.
