This includes our standard adoption fee of $395 plus an additional required $300 tax-deductible donation. Why the additional donation? Dogs with highly desirable traits-such as low-shedding coats and popular breeds-help us fund lifesaving care for dogs who need it most, including nursing moms, imaging and surgeries for dogs with traumatic injuries, and medications for those requiring lifesaving heartworm treatments. Your generosity makes this possible!

Meet Seaside, a sweet little gentleman with a calm demeanor and a love for exploring the world around him! When he arrives somewhere new, he likes to take his time checking things out and observing his surroundings. Seaside is a well-mannered little guy who has shown himself to be house-trained when kept on a consistent schedule. He walks beautifully on a leash with a harness and loves spending time outdoors. A fenced yard where he can safely sniff, explore, and enjoy the fresh air would be a wonderful bonus for this boy!

He's been great with his foster's two dogs, who are about his size, and he has shown that he's comfortable around bigger dogs, too. When he met a Great Dane on a walk, Seaside stood up on his hind legs to give his new acquaintance a kiss! He's also shown interest in children he encounters on walks, watching them curiously and wanting to get closer. He seems comfortable around both men and women and seems to be a quiet companion, having barked just once during his time with his foster.

When it comes to affection, Seaside enjoys snuggling with his people, but he also has an independent side. Sometimes, he'd rather find a cozy spot of his own where he can relax and keep an eye on everything happening around him. He sleeps quietly through the night in his crate, though if you're the type to invite a furry friend into bed, Seaside would probably be happy to accept the invitation!

Treats are welcome, even if they aren't the key to his heart, and he takes them gently. He hasn't shown much interest in playing with toys just yet, but he does enjoy resting on a stuffed toy in his crate or exercise pen.

Seaside has the cutest little underbite, an adorable mohawk, and the biggest brown eyes that will make you fall in love with him. If you are looking for a walking companion, an outdoor partner, and/or a snuggler while you sit and watch TV, this little man is the pup for you!
