Scrappy is such a great pup! He is energetic, smart, and eager to please. He loves playing with both his sibling and his humans. He plays well with other dogs and loves to be loved on. He absolutely loves the flirt pole (an exercise and training tool that consists of a long pole or handle, a flexible rope or cord, and an enticing toy or lure attached to the end)! He would make a great addition to any family.
