This includes our standard adoption fee of $395 plus an additional required $300 tax-deductible donation. Why the additional donation? Dogs with highly desirable traits-such as low-shedding coats and popular breeds-help us fund lifesaving care for dogs who need it most, including nursing moms, imaging and surgeries for dogs with traumatic injuries, and medications for those requiring lifesaving heartworm treatments. Your generosity makes this possible!

He is incredibly loving and will lean his whole body against your legs just to make sure you know he's there. He also has a wonderful, quiet curiosity-he loves investigating new scents on his walks, watching out the window, and gently exploring every nook and cranny of the house.

Denver is a sensitive guy who experiences some anxiety while getting used to his new surroundings. The big, wide world can feel a little overwhelming to him, and he gets nervous around loud noises, crowded spaces, or sudden changes. Because of this, Denver is looking for a patient, low-key home with a predictable routine where he can feel completely secure.

Once Denver knows he is safe, his true, affectionate personality completely shines. He is fully house-trained when kept on a schedule, enjoys a soft bed, and is ready to be the loyal shadow to someone who understands that the best things take a little time.
