Are you looking for a tiny companion with a big heart? Meet Pinky! She is a tiny terrier mix (under 10 lbs) who truly looks and acts like a forever-puppy. Pinky is the definition of a gentle soul. She is sweet, affectionate, and happiest when curled up in your lap. While she loves to play, she is also wonderfully polite— she is house trained, sleeps through the night, exhibits very little barking, and accepts payments for good behavior in the form of belly rubs. She simply loves being near her people.

Pinky is remarkably versatile and easygoing. She gets along great with everyone she meets—big humans, small humans, and dogs of all sizes and genders! Whether she’s your one-and-only spoiled baby or joining a gentle multi-pet household, she will fit right in. All Pinky asks for is a warm lap, a few toys, and a family ready to adore her as much as she adores them.

Pinky is a 2-year-old mixed breed rescued from a high-intake shelter. This dog's adoption fee is $600 and includes up-to-date vaccinations, microchip, 4DX testing, and spay. Pinky is also tested with other dogs, children, and potty and kennel trained. She is not tested with cats. We would love for you to meet this dog and see if she might be a good fit for your home.

The first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website at www.bounceanimalrescue.org. Pending approval, your application is valid for 1 year, and you will be eligible to request a hold on an individual animal for the Saturday adoption event. The hold does not require that you take the animal home, but ensures you get to meet and make an adoption decision prior to other applicants. Also pending approval, you will be able to acquire foster home contact information, so you inquire on personalities of specific animals.

We do offer midweek private adoption appointments for approved applicants pending staff, foster home, and vetting schedules. Because we are 100% foster-based, private adoption appointments are only offered for individual animals. (If interested in viewing multiple animals at one time, we encourage you to attend our adoption events!)

Please note, adoption applications are processed within 1–2 business days. Adoption applications cannot be processed onsite at adoption events.

Our adoption events take place every Saturday from 10am-Noon at Pet Supplies Plus (Front Range Village, 2912 Council Tree Ave #100, Fort Collins, 80525).
