Meet Spencer! This playful little guy has mastered the art of being equal parts adventurer and professional snuggler. He loves getting outside to explore the yard, investigate his surroundings, and play—but once the adventure winds down, Spencer is more than happy to be picked up, held, and settle in for some quality cuddle time.

His potty training is coming along nicely, and he’s already sleeping through the night in a round pen. Spencer is a happy, affectionate pup who loves being close to his people and involved in whatever they’re doing. Whether he’s off exploring or curled up in your arms, he’s pretty content as long as he gets to be part of the action.

Spencer is a 3-month-old mixed breed who was rescued from a high-intake shelter. This dog's adoption fee is $600 and includes up-to-date vaccinations, microchip, and neuter. Spencer is also tested with other dogs, cats, and children. He is working on potty and kennel training in foster care. We would love for you to meet this dog and see if he might be a good fit for your home.

The first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website at www.bounceanimalrescue.org. Pending approval, your application is valid for 1 year, and you will be eligible to request a hold on an individual animal for the Saturday adoption event. The hold does not require that you take the animal home, but ensures you get to meet and make an adoption decision prior to other applicants. Also pending approval, you will be able to acquire foster home contact information, so you inquire on personalities of specific animals.

We do offer midweek private adoption appointments for approved applicants pending staff, foster home, and vetting schedules. Because we are 100% foster-based, private adoption appointments are only offered for individual animals. (If interested in viewing multiple animals at one time, we encourage you to attend our adoption events!)

Please note, adoption applications are processed within 1–2 business days. Adoption applications cannot be processed onsite at adoption events.

Our adoption events take place every Saturday from 10am-Noon at Pet Supplies Plus (Front Range Village, 2912 Council Tree Ave #100, Fort Collins, 80525).
